Our refund, replacement and return policies

We will replace (by the same item or an equivalent) any defective items free of charge and will cover the shipping cost for:

Items that are deemed defective UPON ARRIVAL, and reported within 10 days of purchase.

If the item is no longer available, we will refund it at the original purchase price.

We will replace the following for free (by the same item or an equivalent), but you will pay for:

Items secured during the coverage period for any manufacturing defects. Notably but not exclusively:

  • Merkur or Mühle safety razors
  • Rituels and Useful & Proud razors
  • Filson bags and accessories

Please note that we will pay for any return transportation fees for these items if they are defective up to 10 days after receipt of these items.

If the item is no longer available, we will refund it at the original purchase price.

We will credit the items but you will pay for transportation if:

Items are NOT defective but you change your mind within 30 days of receipt.
In which case, the items must be in their original packaging and ready for sale. Razors and shaving brushes should NOT have been used.
For this reason, we do not accept refunds on the following items: liquids, soaps, and open consumables.


We do NOT reimburse or replace:

  • Any hygiene items that have been used and that are not defective.
  • No replacement or refund on shaving brushes after more than 60 days after receipt.
  • Note that shaving brush hair loss is normal during the first year of usage.

We cannot guarantee a shaving brush for which we do not control the maintenance and usage conditions. Furthermore, after the prescribed time, loss of hair on your shaving brush may be caused both by the latter and by its initial quality.

When EXCESSIVE shaving brush hair loss occurs, to the point that makes the shaving brush unusable, we will do our utmost to satisfy you but cannot guarantee the refund or replacement of it. Such circumstances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
